Job Description
The Capital Group is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 12th pass and Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–2 years of sales or marketing experience (freshers are welcome).
Compensation: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00 per month plus commission. Expected hours: 30/week.
