Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated BPO Executive to join our team at KK HR Services. As a BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries. You will process sales orders and coordinate with our production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your role will also include resolving customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records and update our CRM systems, supporting sales and service teams with various customer-related tasks.
