Job Description
Veera Steel is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service through effective communication via various channels. Your responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Fluency in Gujarati and English is required; proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is a plus. Candidates should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹12,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, primarily during day shifts. Work location is in-person.
