Job Description
StarMaxx HR Services is seeking dedicated Customer Support Agents to join our team. Responsibilities include engaging with clients through outbound calls, responding to inbound queries, and managing lead generation. Build positive relationships and document interactions in our CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency with CRM tools. A high school diploma is required. We offer a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹15,00 to ₹22,00 per month, along with health insurance and performance bonuses.
Work will be in-person during day shifts. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
