About Skillbee
Skillbee is a startup founded by two IIT alumni, specializing in international recruitment solutions for the blue-collar sector. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with a strong recruitment background to join our team.
Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting client meetings, and interviewing potential hires. Working hours are 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, Mon – Sat, with 3rd Saturdays off. The salary ranges from ₹20,00 to ₹30,00 per month, and benefits include a Provident Fund and performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
