Job Description
We are seeking a motivated CRM Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Making high volumes of outbound calls to customers and prospects.
2. Promoting our products and services to generate interest.
3. Identifying and generating leads for our sales team.
4. Building lasting relationships with customers through excellent service.
5. Accurately updating customer interactions in our CRM system.
No sales targets required!
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Commuter assistance
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a CRM Executive required.
