Job Description
Run Service Infocare Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls and responding to customer queries in Kannada, as well as making outbound calls for follow-ups.
Your main duties include providing accurate information, resolving customer complaints promptly, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory, and knowledge of Tamil is a plus. Basic computer skills are required, and customer service experience is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹13,00 to ₹15,00 per month, including benefits.
