Job Description
Position Summary: The Commis 2 – Tandoor will assist in the preparation and cooking of traditional tandoor dishes, under the guidance of senior chefs. Knowledge of tandoor cooking and Indian spices is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare tandoor mise en place, operate the tandoor oven, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years in a professional kitchen, knowledge of tandoor techniques preferred. Culinary certification is a plus.
