Job Description

RSM Autokast Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for monitoring production targets and managing manpower levels.

Your duties include conducting line inspections, maintaining production records, and managing non-conformance issues. This full-time position offers a salary starting from ₹17,00.00 per month, with rotational shifts. Preference will be given to candidates with 5S experience.
