Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience, preferably in the Hospital Sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and computer skills.
Responsibilities: The Telecaller will engage with potential customers, make calls to leads, schedule appointments for patients with doctors, and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong phone etiquette and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Qualifications: Graduation is required. The candidate should be proficient in Hindi and English.
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month with benefits including health insurance and paid sick time.
