Job Description
Oh Stayz Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Part-time Customer Support Executive to join our team remotely. You will manage guest communications and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to checkout, handling calls, WhatsApp messages, and OTA queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and OTA platforms.
- Provide information on property availability, rates, and services.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and cancellations.
- Ensure high guest satisfaction through prompt communication.
Requirements: Freshers are welcome; strong communication skills in English and Malayalam; laptop/desktop and stable internet is mandatory.
Salary: ₹6,00 – ₹10,00 per month, based on performance.
