Job Description
HIRD Services Pvt Ltd in Kolkata is seeking a dedicated Back End Operations team member. Candidates should possess good communication skills and experience in insurance, US pension, or UK pension retirement is preferred. Strong intermediate Excel skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding client plan provisions and delivering timely, quality service.
- Prioritizing tasks to meet client needs and adhering to process guidelines.
- Participating in daily meetings and adapting to new tasks for client goals.
- Ensuring effective communication and maintaining updated knowledge of client documents.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: Starting from ₹23,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid time off, Provident Fund | Schedule: Monday to Friday (UK/US shifts)
