Job Description
ZapTech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Desk Verification Associate for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will make outbound cold calls to identify right party contacts and accurately document call dispositions.
Your responsibilities include generating collection-qualified leads and collaborating with the collections team. Candidates must have at least a 12th-grade education, fluent English communication skills, and logical reasoning abilities.
Shift timings are Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Benefits include meal allowances, cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and performance bonuses.
Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
