We are seeking an Application Lab Supervisor to join our team at dsm-firmenich. In this role, you will prioritize application requests from requestors and allocate workloads among application technicians to ensure balanced operations. You will be responsible for delivering application samples that adhere to service level agreements, business priorities, and quality standards while complying with global best practices and Corporate QHSS&E rules.
Your responsibilities also include acting as a backup for the application laboratory manager when necessary, generating reports to manage raw materials and lab supplies, and assisting in the ordering process using digital tools.
