Job Description
Prestige Estates Projects is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, effectively assessing their needs, and providing prompt services. Your key tasks will include generating leads for residential unit sales, negotiating agreements, ensuring the timely collection of booking amounts, and assisting customers in securing bank loans.
You will also update customer data in our C4C system, engage with channel partners, and collaborate with various departments to guarantee client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as necessary.
