Job Description
People Interactive India Pvt Ltd is excited to announce an opening for the position of Customer Care Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing complaints.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service requests
- Document scanning and uploading
- Perform data entry tasks
- Manage back office operations
- Utilize Excel for data management
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers are Welcome

- Salary: ₹16,422.64 – ₹28,784.52 per month
