Job Description
Retail Scan Management Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking an Admin Executive to oversee daily organizational activities, including vendor management, infrastructure maintenance, and housekeeping services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office infrastructure and vendor relations.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, and catering services.
- Coordinate material and service purchases.
- Monitor vendor performance and manage contracts.
- Administer budget and analyze expenses.
- Handle travel arrangements and employee engagement.
Qualifications: Proficient in Excel, excellent communication skills, 6 months of experience.
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00/month
