Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. This role involves handling customer support and data entry tasks through email and chat—no phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email.
- Perform accurate data entry and verification.
- Follow company guidelines to resolve issues.
- Escalate complex queries when necessary.
Qualifications: 12th pass/Graduate, good written English, basic computer knowledge, typing speed 30 WPM.
Pay: ₹303,846.63 – ₹1,499,215.37 per year
