Job Description
Join our dynamic team at EDMI India Pvt Ltd as a Voice Process Executive! In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and chats to address customer queries. Identify customer needs, provide accurate information about our products and services, and develop solutions to customer complaints. Record customer interactions, update contact information, and maintain purchasing preferences.
