Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Academic Counselor to join our expanding EdTech team at IITS (Institute of Integrated Training and Support). This role involves engaging with prospective students and institutions to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present and promote EdTech products/services effectively.
- Follow up diligently to ensure successful lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with academic and support teams.
