Job Description
VELSONS ENGINEERS PVT. LTD is seeking to hire a Service Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify client needs and develop customized service plans.
- Manage and schedule service appointments efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and service plans.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
Any degree.
