Job Description
M2M Ferries Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Ticket Counter Executive to manage terminal ticket bookings and customer information updates in our system. Responsibilities include processing boarding passes, verifying passenger identification, and ensuring correct ticket possession. You will pre-scan tickets, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate effectively about tickets, pricing, and schedules.

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
