Located in Chembur, Mumbai, the candidate will support compliance and corporate governance, handle statutory filings, and coordinate board meetings.
Key responsibilities include maintaining statutory records, drafting meeting agendas, ensuring timely filing with ROC and MCA, and assisting with LODR compliance. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and proficiency in MS Office.
