Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Hyatt Pune. You will assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. Collaborating closely with the Chef de Cuisine, you will manage kitchen operations for optimal guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a reputable establishment. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and MS Office skills are required.
