Job Description
Main Purpose of Job: To receive visitors and operate the telephone switchboard, ensuring a positive initial impression and smooth internal communications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and fulfill their needs promptly.
- Handle phone calls and transfer them to relevant departments.
- Maintain an updated list of internal telephone numbers.
- Keep the reception area tidy for a welcoming atmosphere.
- Store emergency contact numbers for all staff.
Skills Required:
- Graduate degree in any specialization.
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
