Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads via cold calling and presentations.
- Demonstrate capabilities to prospects and recommend solutions.
- Manage team performance and report updates to management.
- Strengthen client relationships and manage existing accounts.
- Handle client requirements and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development and B2B sales.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and self-motivated work ethic.
- Willingness to travel (50% required).
