Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cisco CUCM professional for our team in Chennai/Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 10 years of IT experience, including 8 years in Cisco Telephony and VoIP.
This role involves supporting and maintaining a complex enterprise communications architecture, particularly in Cisco Unified Communication Manager, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Teams Telephony and familiarity with Cisco Telepresence. Proficiency in voice protocols and a valid Cisco certification are required. This position operates on a 24/7 schedule with L3 Support capability.
