Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive at 10x Growth Accelerator. This position will commence with a 45-day training period in our Kolkata office, transitioning to a permanent work-from-home setup post-training.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound voice calls, assist customers, and resolve queries efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements: Good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends.
Compensation: ₹14,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month with additional perks including provident fund and performance bonuses.
