Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise packing operations for rice powder products.
- Ensure food safety compliance (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI/BRC).
- Monitor packing line staff performance.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Conduct quality checks on packaging.
- Train and mentor packing staff.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a supervisory role in FMCG (food preferred).
- Familiarity with VFFS or other food packaging machines.
- Strong leadership skills.
