Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Ideal Crew Technology is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Executive for our International Voice Process team. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound international calls, address customer inquiries, and maintain accurate interaction records. Minimum 1-2 years in an International BPO required. Night shift willingness is a must.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹40,00.00/month.
