Job Description
Ruby Seven Studios is seeking an experienced Game Economy Designer to create captivating social casino gaming experiences. You will design and manage in-game economies, balancing player satisfaction with monetization.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop economy models, balancing in-app currencies and reward structures.
- Utilize data analysis to enhance player experiences and optimize monetization.
- Conduct A/B tests and prepare detailed economy specifications for cross-functional teams.
Desired Profile:
- 8+ years in game economy design, preferably in Social Casino.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for gaming.
- Master’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹100,00 – ₹300,00/month
