Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct follow-up calls to customers post-purchase, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
· Collect feedback to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
· Build lasting relationships by resolving issues promptly.
· Identify opportunities for cross-selling and promoting additional products.
Requirements:
Age: 20-35 years
Experience: Minimum 2 years in jewellery sales.
Skills Needed:
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
· Basic understanding of jewellery products is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,00.00 – ₹65,00.00 per month
