Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Factory Assistant to provide administrative support and manage front-desk reception duties within our factory. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and is essential for our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain factory records and documentation.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Manage inventory and support procurement.
• Liaise with vendors for facility maintenance.
• Greet and assist visitors professionally.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols.

Requirements: Diploma or equivalent; proficient in MS Office; excellent communication skills; fresher or up to 1 year of factory experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹500,00.00 per month
