Job Description
We have an urgent opening for the position of Customer Care Executive in an international voice process offering rotational shifts.
Experience: Candidates should have experience in international customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Inform customers about products and services
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Understand customer needs and resolve queries
Salary: ₹20,00 to ₹25,00 (negotiable for the right candidates)
Key Skills: Excellent communication in English, basic computer skills, quick learner, and confidence in calling.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 7 PM.
