Job Description
Role Summary: The Telecaller will manage student admission inquiries for Edugram’s Aviation Diploma and BBA in Aviation programs. Key tasks include making outbound calls, follow-ups, and collaboration with the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students/parents regarding the Aviation Diploma & BBA courses.
- Provide course details, fees, and class timings.
- Schedule walk-ins and follow-up calls.
- Maintain call logs and inquiry records.
- Assist in online/offline promotional activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time | Salary: ₹8,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month | Schedule: Day shift
