Responsibilities include monitoring inquiry responses, creating automated reports using MS Excel, and assisting in audit processes. Candidates should have a degree and 0-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be flexible to work night shifts and other schedules as needed.
