Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound cold calls to identify right party contacts (RPC).
2. Ensure accurate call dispositions for effective debtor contact list management.
3. Interact with debtors to generate collection-qualified leads.
4. Collaborate with the collections team for lead conversion efforts.
5. Timely follow-up on qualified leads for appointments or live transfers.
Requirements:
– Any graduate or undergraduate, minimum 12th pass.
– Fluent English and strong communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month.
Shift: Evening, fixed, night, and US shifts available.
