Job Overview: We’re seeking a dependable and people-focused Production & Floor Coordinator to manage daily operations on the workshop floor. This role involves supervising a skilled labor team from across India and facilitating communication between production, sales, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage floor laborers.
- Ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of production targets.
- Coordinate job scheduling with the sales team.
- Track work progress and maintain production reports.
- Handle floor-related challenges.
Requirements: Proven experience in floor management, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Excel & Word are essential.

Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
