Job Description
Logimax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Support Representative who is fluent in Hindi. The selected candidate will assist customers by providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via various channels, troubleshoot complaints, and document interactions. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, previous customer service experience preferred, proficiency in CRM software, and multitasking abilities.
Languages Required: Tamil, English, and Hindi.
Compensation: ₹8,086.00 – ₹12,00.60 per month, with additional benefits like food provision and internet reimbursement.
