Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual for the position of Client Operations. You will lead Gamification projects focused on effective employee communication and engagement activities.
Duties Include:
- Creating compelling communications and engagement plans.
- Collaborating with the marketing team for creatives.
- Measuring the impact of engagement efforts.
- Establishing employee engagement strategies and executing initiatives.
- Managing projects end-to-end and ensuring timely execution.
Requirements:
- Strong team management and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and design tools (Photoshop/Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Job Type: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹180,00 – ₹200,00 per year
