Job Description
Sarovar Hotels Pvt. Ltd, a leader in Institutional Hospitality, is seeking a dedicated Reservation Executive to enhance our guest experience. In this role, you will:
- Handle reservation calls, emails, and online bookings efficiently.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and guest profiles.
- Coordinate with front office and sales teams on room availability and rates.
- Upsell rooms and services to maximize revenue.
- Address guest queries promptly and resolve booking-related issues.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to ₹25,00.00 per month
