Job Description
JMN Medical College is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services. You’ll also address inbound inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries.
- Update customer records in the database.
- Meet call and conversion targets.
