Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Process Associate to join our team at Digital Orbis Creators LLP in Coimbatore. Candidates must be fluent in Hindi and preferably possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree. Freshers with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries in Telugu and Kannada.
- Manage data accurately and assist with client communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for workflow efficiency.
- Maintain records and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Skills Required: Proficiency in Hindi, communication skills, basic computer literacy, problem-solving abilities, and time management.
Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a competitive salary of ₹10,00 – ₹18,00 per month.
