Job Description
Sequoia Healthcare Limited is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage customer service requests effectively.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Log service call requests and assign to field engineers.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
- Track warranty coverage and manage contract renewals.
- Maintain service logs and customer communications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹22,00 per month
