Job Description
Join the dynamic team at Flipkart (CT – Caretouch) as a Customer Support Agent. We are looking for 100 enthusiastic candidates to provide support in a Voice Process environment.
Qualifications: Any Graduate, freshers or candidates with 6+ months experience are welcome.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Work Details: Full-time, permanent position. Shifts from 9 AM to 8 PM for females and 9 AM to 9 PM for males. Office location: GNR (Kudlu Gate).
Compensation: Salary from ₹16,00 to ₹24,00 per month with bonuses and benefits.
