Job Description
Greetings from Cybergys Technologies! We are excited to announce that we are hiring for the position of Voice Associate_US. This is a night shift role from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday to Friday, based in our office located at 15th floor, Module 18, Bengal Eco Intelligent Park, EM-3, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 70091.
The ideal candidate should possess clear and fluent English speaking skills, a neutral accent, and a strong understanding of CRM tools, along with a typing speed of 30+ WPM. Your main responsibilities will include handling customer queries via voice, email, and chat support.
