Job Description
Nyraa Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team for Vodafone services. The role involves converting prepaid customers to postpaid plans and managing Mobile Number Portability (MNP) sales.
Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, pitching MNP offers, maintaining call logs, and achieving conversion targets.
Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or graduate, good communication skills in Tamil and basic English. Experience preferred but not mandatory.
