Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicer to join our team at KBM Engineering Consultancy in Kolkata, India. As an Invoicer, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate invoices based on ship repair projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft detailed invoices and ensure accurate labor rates and material costs.
- Compile necessary documentation and coordinate with various departments.
- Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and follow up on queries.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with invoicing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong communication skills are essential.
