Job Description
Austren Solutions is looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Telecalling and Documentation personnel. This role involves engaging with customers and supporting solar energy projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating subsidy claims with ANERT.
- Preparing documentation for KSEB approvals.
- Making outbound calls and handling inbound customer queries.
- Understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
- Recording call details in the CRM system.
