Job Description
Join NeST GROUP as a Customer Relationship Executive! We are looking for a dedicated individual to build relationships, resolve customer issues, and address concerns effectively. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, creating sales plans to generate revenue, and advising clients on profitable processes. You will also handle customer queries and conduct competitive analyses and market research to reinforce customer loyalty.
